The Junior Garden Club

The Junior Garden Club of Teaneck teaches elementary school children about gardening. The program begins in February and ends in late October; classes meet the second and fourth Sundays. Meeting times change to avoid working in the heat. Children meet in a classroom but mostly outdoors in the Jr. Garden Club plot to learn to plant, weed, maintain and harvest. Must reside in Teaneck
